Dragi moji,
po odpovedi Mame Šefle se z organizatorskega položaja umikam tudi jaz.
Palmanovski polmaraton je bila lani zelo prijetna izkušnja, vendar tokrat ne bom mogel sodelovati, niti v organizacijskem smislu.
Barb mi je predala lanski know-how, ki ga podajam tule:
1. Link na lansko organizacijo. tukaj je link na letošnjo prireditev: http://www.marciatoripalmanova.it.
2. Potrebujemo tri stvari: avtobus, skupinsko prijavo in prostor za analizo. Vodji lahko pomagata še dva, vsak za svoje področje.
3. Avtobus: zbrati je treba število prijav - tekači, prijavite se na tej temi! Vodja potem prešteje prijavljene in ugotovi stanje. Kontaktira avtobusno podjetje, npr. Nered. Lani je bil zveza miro. Ero lahko vpraša soseda, ki ima avtobusni prevoz. Uskladiti je treba št. prijavljenih in velikost avtobusa.
4. Skupinska prijava: povezati se je treba z organizatorjem (MarciatoriPalmanova@webmaild.fe1.aruba.it) in mu povedati, koliko nas pride. Vsak plača zase.
5. Analiza: Terminal na Sežanskem prehodu je baje kupil nov lastnik. Vlajko je predlagal en kmečki turizem v Tomaju. Vsekakor je treba najti prostor, kontaktirati lastnika in ga rezervirati (prostor, ne lastnika).
6. Zdravstveno izjavo da vsak zase, natisnite si jo s spletne strani, jo podpišite in ob prijavi+plačilu v Palmanovi priložite.
7. Treba je it v Palmanovo, odtečt in se fino met.
Tko, to je približno vse. Iščemo nadomestnega organizatorja. Javite se tukaj ali pa na ZS. Za tole organizacijo obljubim visok plemiški naslov na TF.

Res je, o tem kmečkem turizmu, ki se imenuje Škerlj, sem nekaj namigoval že pred letošnjim Kraškim maratonom v Sežani.
Toda, glej ga zlomka, tudi jaz imam dan, ko bo tekma v Palmanovi, na žalost, že "odkljukan".
Pa, čisto po pravici, tja sem si kar močno želel iti ... (Izboljšava PB Press)
No, nič ne de .... Kar bi glede pomoči pri organizaciji lahko bilo v moji moči, "računajte na nas"....
Najmanj, kar lahko storim je, da pokličem v navedeni Kmečki turizem ter ga rezerviram, če boste vi tako želeli pa, seveda, če bodo imeli prosto...
Lahko mi verjamete na besedo, da bi vam bilo tam všeč.
Za ostalo pa, iz lastnih izkušenj vam povem, da je boljše, če se organizacije loti nekdo, ki bo tudi osebno prisoten v Palmanovi.
