Pozdravljeni, tole si želim deliti z vami, meni je pomagalo, mogoče pa bo še komu.
Po mesecu dni močnih bolečin v peti, težav pri hoji, sem popolnoma po naključju naletela na tole objavo na internetu (mislim da je bil le komentar nekega posameznika pod video posnetkom glede raztezanja petnih ligamentov...)
I had plantar fasciitis for a couple of weeks before my chiropractor told me how to fix it. He had me stretch it by standing on the edge of a stair on the ball of my foot one foot at a time. Let your heel drop down for a 15-20 seconds and switch feet. repeat 2-3 times and do it 4-5 times throughout the day. It miraculously cleared up in only 3 days and I didn't even stop running, it was completely gone in a week. Now I do this every time I stretch and it has never come back.
Hvala temu x neznancu!!!! saj me peta boli še čisto, čisto malo.... Danes sem tako prvič tekla skorajda brez bolečin.
