stena napisal/-a:ne bi rad nikogar žalil ampak to, kar si večina tukaj predstavlja kot ne vem kakšen trening ni niti približno podobno temu (prav je tako, ker je to društvo rekreativnega značaja in ne vrhunsko tekmovalnega) in zato verjetno pravi počitek (beri delaj nič) niti ni potreben.
Težavnost enakega treninga je za vsako osebo drugačna. Za nekoga je tak trening težek, za drugega lahek. Vedno je potrebno trening prilagoditi posamezniku, nekdo je lahko tudi po takem treningu (ki se meni oz. tebi stena in drugim ne zdi težek) potreben počitka.
Za jesensko-zimski počitek se pa vsekakor strinjam, da si ni potrebno vzeti čistega počitka (delati nič). Pa saj to sem že napisal na 2 strani se mi zdi. Pomembno je vedeti, da nizkointenzivna vadba pripomore k hitrejši regeneraciji - še en razlog več, zakaj nebi samo ležali

stena napisal/-a:Glede baze: baza ni zadeva, ko rečeš, sedaj grem pa dva meseca teči vsak dan po 20km. Ok ne rečem, da se ne bo poznalo ampak baza se gradi več let in se ne zgradi v dveh mesecih (mogoče na zelo kratek rok). Lahko naredimo preizkus- nekdo naredi 2 meseca plavalnega treninga 5x tedensko po 5km, jaz pa bom plaval 2 meseca 2x tedensko 3km. Skupaj bo razdalja prvega cca 200km moja pa 48km. Glede na to, je prvi opravil super bazo, jaz pa niti b od baze. Upam staviti, da bom poleti plaval neprimerno bolje od prvega, zaradi toliko in toliko let "baze", ki jo imam za sabo (boste rekli kaj pa tehnika..z lahkoto mi daste časovni pribitek na ta račun, pa bo rezultat isti).
Hočem povedati, da se baza gradi več let in ne kar čez noč oziroma v dveh mesecih in šele takrat se telo privadi na določeno obremenitev. Potem pa so tu finese.

After this, your aerobic attitude is consolidated, and you have no more margin in that direction. You must think of SPECIFICITY of training, reducing the basic training because, with or without, nothing change in your body. You already have your house, with the top. What you can do is to make the house more comfortable, inside, for living better. So, there is a specific goal for every age and for every period of your career. When you look for training of a champion, you look for a LAST PART OF A PROJECT, that is not yet your situation. YOU MUST LOOK FOR THE ROAD that the champion ran during his career, not for the final step.
Ok naredil bom še kratek povzetek njegovih besed, za tiste, ki mogoče ne razumete najbolje angleškega jezika. Renato Canova pravi : Zavedati se moramo, da brez dolgih bazičih priprav (v našem življenju) nemoremo postati zelo dober tekač. Če hočemo biti psihično in fizične pripravljeni za hiter tek moramo imeti potrpljenje, in nesmemo izpustiti najpomembnejšega koraka - grajenje telesa in zavesti (mind - psihe) za pomembne cilje. Pod točko 4 pa razlaga, da je pomembno spreminjati sistem treninga iz leta v leto. Iz leta v leto povečevati procent specialnega treninga in zmanjševati procent bazičnega treninga. Poudari, da je potrebno 10let, da izpopolnimo našo bazo, in ko je izpopolnjena potem jo moramo samo še vzdrževati, napredek pa moramo iskati v specifičnem treningu.
